Treasures of 2014

My greatest treasure of 2014 was my children!

Last night we celebrated New Year's Eve in the best way possible: as a family. It has long been our tradition to see in the New Year together, toasting the coming year with sparkling cider and sharing a homemade cheesecake. Thankfully, despite the bad weather and the crazy work schedules, we were all able to be together at midnight last night.

My delicious, creamy, chocolate-chip cheesecake!
And this year we sampled 5 varieties of sparkling cider (yum):
apple; apple-peach; apple-pear; apple-mango; and purple grape (blush).

Happy New Year from Sarah and Chris!

Happy New Year from Jacob and Danielle!

And Happy New Year from Dylan, too!

Dylan made the most perfect snow angel I've ever seen!
31 Dec 2014

There were about 6 inches of snow on the ground by morning.
This makes Dylan happy, since he'll be snowboarding at Sunrise tomorrow!

Everything washed up and ready for next New Year's Eve!

Happy New Year, everyone!
